I am sure you will agree, the unprecedented scale of this pandemic and lockdown is wreaking havoc with our lives.
But, do you know how extreme the toll has been on people's mental and emotional health, so far?
As reported on townhall.com and other news outlets, many doctors have had to deal with more deaths by suicide than COVID-19.

To me, that is tragic and heartbreaking!
The statistics are shocking. Every day I am hearing more people express that they are not coping. They are overwhelmed about the future, anxious, angry, lonely, depressed, stressed, traumatised, and feeling suicidal.
